In our conversation around how to create a more humane civilization, we  discussed the important of creating status games that promote pro-social behavior within and between communities. However, we still have to ensure people in other communities are playing fairly. We ended last episode discussing how Masnick's Impossibility Theorem implied it was impossible to have perfectly effective oversight, but better Information Technology could help us do far better.
